About CazMethod.

I’m an SEO Content Writer & Marketing Strategist with more than 19 years of marketing success experience - both in-house and as a freelance marketing consultant, where I founded RowleyGrace Content Marketing and CazMethod.

I’m passionate about empowering business owners and marketing professionals to master my proven frameworks for effective content creation and search engine optimization.

I have a BS in Education from Buffalo State University and am a 2021 graduate of the SUNY Buffalo Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership Emerging Entrepreneurs program.

In addition to CazMethod, and have shared my marketing expertise as a speaker and workshop facilitator with The Women’s Business Center at Canisius University, the University at Buffalo Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership’s Emerging Entrepreneur program, the Small Business Administration’s “Straight Talk” Workshop, and Freelance Business Week Buffalo.

I’m a lifelong resident of Western New York. I currently live in Buffalo (Go Bills!) with my husband Kevin, daughter Sophia Rowley, and two middle-aged cats, Theodore and Machi (a frequent Zoom call participant).
